FULL BODY WEIGHT TRAINING

Monday-Thursday - 6am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm & Friday 6am

  • Weight lifting workouts that focus on progressing and executing exercises with proper technique to increase strength and muscular development.

  • What separates these classes from others is how we train and track progress (weights, reps, form) from week to week. Over time this is how SIGNIFICANT RESULTS are achieved.

  • Modifications and form progressions are taught so that ALL LEVELS can participate and improve at their own pace.

HIIT MIX

Saturday - 9am

  • A mixup of workout styles and equipment designed to challenge and improve athleticism, muscular endurance and core strength.
